As Hear Pure's Operations Manager, I focus on making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes so that your experience with us is exceptional from the very first moment you reach out. I work closely with our wonderful team to keep daily clinic operations running efficiently, supporting you throughout your care journey and ensuring you receive the personalised, high-quality attention you deserve.
What I love most about my role is the variety every day brings, the absolute pleasure of chatting with our patients, and knowing that the work we do truly changes lives for the better.
When I'm not in the office keeping things moving, you'll usually find me unwinding with good friends over great food and drinks, getting outdoors and enjoying nature with my dogs, or, most importantly, treating myself to a little retail therapy!
