Aural Care Assistant
My path into hearing care began during my time as a Healthcare Assistant in a GP surgery, where performing everyday clinical tasks opened my eyes to how transformative good ear care can be. Seeing that immediate difference sparked a real passion in me, leading me to specialise further in the field.
Today, I am an Aural Care Specialist with a Level 3 qualification in Clinical Health Care, alongside specialised certifications in both Ear Irrigation and Microsuction.
During your visit, my focus is providing gentle, effective care tailored for your comfort. I specialise in safe earwax removal using microsuction or traditional irrigation, and I also conduct hearing screening tests to help identify any potential hearing loss early on.
Above all, I make sure you fully understand every step of your treatment so you feel relaxed and informed throughout.
The absolute best part of my job is seeing the instant relief on a patient's face after a procedure and knowing I've helped improve their quality of life. Getting to build genuine relationships with the people who walk through our doors makes every day deeply rewarding.
When I’m not in the clinic, I love spending quality time with my family and giving back to my community through volunteering.
